It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Join us at our play centre in Sheffield and Chesterfield for our annual Christmas Events for children.
What’s On?
Step into our magical winter-wonderland to meet the one and only Santa Claus in his grotto. Visit our play centre for a festive animal event with Leanimals Mobile Zoo. Or take part in an interactive storytelling party with Debutots! This year we have planned lots of special and exciting Christmas events for children to enjoy. Christmas Events for Children
Christmas Party with Santa’s Grotto
Join us at our play centre for the ultimate Christmas Party for children, you wouldn’t want to miss! Santa and his elves are making a last stop at Tiny Town before Christmas Eve to meet you all. We have transformed our play centre into a winter wonderland, with a magical Santa’s Grotto!
During the 2-hour Christmas Party, children have the chance to explore our different play areas, as well as join in lots of Christmas activities. Don’t forget a special visit from Father Christmas himself! Head over to our activity table where little ones can make festive crafts and get a special Christmas face painting. Children get a special gift from Santa in his grotto.
Food is also included for the children. For morning parties each child will get a breakfast box including a brioche, a yoghurt, a box of raisins, a packet of crisps and a drink. For afternoon parties, children will get a sandwich box including a sandwich of their choice, a chocolate bar, box of raisins, packet of crisps and a drink. We can cater for allergies. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements your child may have, so we can prep each meal accordingly.
Our Santa’s Grotto events are extremely popular every year and sell out quick, so don’t miss out! Tickets are £19.95 per child and are available to book via our booking system.

Christmas Animal Event with Leanimals
Our much-loved animal experience sessions with Leanimals Mobile Zoo are back this Christmas! Join us at our play centre in Sheffield and Chesterfield for a festive Animal Event at Tiny Town. Enjoy a 2 hour play session with a special visit from Leanimals Mobile Zoo!
Children get the chance to meet all the different animals that Leanimals brings including a snake, guinea pigs, a rabbit, an owl and much more! Leanne will educate children about the animals and the importance of their care. Meet some of the animals here!
Within the 2 hour session, children get the chance to explore our different play areas and enjoy a food meal box that’s provided. The animals will be waiting to meet you in our woodland areas! We can cater for allergies. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements your child may have, so we can prep your food accordingly.

‘Stickman’ Storytelling Event with Debutots
This Christmas at Tiny Town we are hosting a special storytime event with Debutots. Get involved to help tell the well-known, Julia Donaldson story – Stickman.
Join us at our play centre for a 2-hour session. Children can explore our different play areas, as well as join in with the interactive Stickman storytime! Becci from Debutots will help guide the children through the ‘Stickman’ story, using props to help narrate. Children can take on the role of the characters, engaging in dramatic play! Food is included for each child. We can cater for allergies so please inform us of any dietary requirements your child may have.

Half-term fun at Tiny Town
Amongst all our special Christmas Events for Children at Tiny Town, we will also be running regular play sessions throughout half-term. This also includes under 5’s play sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Friday’s at 9:30am – 11am.
