At Tiny Town we offer both exclusive hire and non-exclusive hire for children’s birthday parties!
With a birthday party at Tiny Town, children will get a unique and special birthday experience like no other. Adults can celebrate by sitting back and relaxing while their little people play, enjoying our delicious coffee and cakes from our cafe. Parties include a food lunchbox and a drink for each child. You can bring your own balloons and decorations to a Tiny Town Party to create your personalised birthday experience. Even your own cake so everyone can sing a magical birthday song to your child.
Our staff aim to go above and beyond to host your child’s birthday and make it as special as possible! Due to popular demand, dates for our children’s birthday parties get booked up fast! Make sure to reserve your date by emailing us at hello@tinytownuk.co.uk

At our play centre in Sheffield, we offer exclusive hire for children’s birthday parties. This means you get to enjoy Tiny Towns space with family and friends, privately. Alternatively, we offer a non-exclusive option for smaller parties! This means you will have a group of tables reserved within a session.

Exclusive Party at Play Centre in Sheffield:
90 minute party: £195 plus £2.50 per child.
9:30am – 11am, 11:30am – 1pm, 1:30pm – 3pm, 3:30pm – 5pm.
2 hour party: £245 plus £2.50 per child.
3:30pm – 5:30pm
Maximum of 25 children.
Non-Exclusive Party at Play Centre in Sheffield:
90 minute party: £11.95 per child.
4 free adults for the birthday child and 1 free adult per child. £2.50 for extra adults.
9:30am – 11am, 11:30am – 1pm, 1:30pm – 3pm.
Maximum of 10 children.
What's included?
Our parties include a food meal box for the children which consists of; a choice of sandwich (ham, jam or cheese), a packet of crisps, box of raisins, a chocolate bar and a drink. We can accommodate for allergies so please let us know of any before the date of your party.
You can decorate Tiny Town with your own balloons and decorations and bring your own birthday cake so everyone can sing happy birthday to your child. We provide the option of cutting up your cake for guests or for your own party bags!

At our play centre in Chesterfield, we offer both exclusive and non-exclusive hire for children’s birthday parties. At an exclusive party you can hire out the whole place. This means you can enjoy Tiny Towns space privately with your friends and family, while the little ones explore and play! Alternatively, at our play centre in Chesterfield, we offer non-exclusive hire. This is where you will reserve a few tables and enjoy your party within a general play session. Perfect for if you have a smaller party!

What's Included?
During your session at Tiny Town Chesterfield you will get access to our party areas. These have small wooden benches where children get to gather around to sing the happy birthday song, then sit and eat with their friends! Decorate the party area with balloons and banners to create the ultimate birthday party environment!

FAQ’s for Parties at Chesterfield
What do you offer for parties?
At our play centre in Chesterfield we offer both non-exclusive and exclusive hire for birthday parties. Hire out the whole of our play centre and enjoy time spent with family and friends exclusively. This means your child can fully explore Tiny Town’s space with friends on their special day!
However, we do also offer a non-exclusive option for parties. This means we will reserve you a group of tabes and you can enjoy your party within a general play session.
At both of these parties you will ave access to our party rooms.
What are the party areas?
For birthday parties we have an area in our play centre that you will have access to, with small wooden benches where children can sit and eat their food. You are welcome to decorate this area with balloons etc!
Is food provided at birthday parties?
Yes, food is provided for children at birthday parties. Every child will get a meal box including a sandwich of their choice, raisins, a chocolate biscuit bar, crisps and a drink. We will take their food orders prior to your party and it will be freshly prepared on the day.
Can you cater for allergies at parties?
Can I bring balloons and a cake to a birthday party?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own balloons and banners to decorate Tiny Town however you like. You can bring a birthday cake and party bags so everybody can sing a magical birthday song to your child! We can cut up your cake and put it in party bags for you ready to hand out to the children. Please note we can only let you into our play centre 10 minutes prior to your party start time.
Please note we do not provide party bags.
What times do you offer for birthday parties?
For non-exclusive hire we can offer any session throughout the day, Monday to Sunday.
Exclusive hire parties run for 2 hours, we can offer 9am until 11am or 3:30pm until 5:30pm.
What are the prices for a party?
What is the maximum number of children for an exclusive party?
For an exclusive birthday party we have a maximum of 40 children allowed in our play centre. This is so we can maintain a calm environment for children to play and learn in.
What is the maximum number of children for a non-exclusive party?
For a non-exclusive birthday party we have a maximum of 20 children. We offer 4 free adults with the birthday child and 1 free adult per child on each party booking.
Do I have to leave a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable £50 deposit is needed to secure your party booking. The rest of the balance can be paid on the day of your party.
Is the café open at parties?
Yes, our café is open throughout the duration of your party. Adults can sit back and relax while enjoying delicious coffee and cakes from our café. We will also still be serving freshly prepared food throughout your party.
Do you have party invitations?
We have party invitations that you can print off to give out, or ones that you can download, edit, and send digitally!
