We have lots of Mother’s Day themed messy and sensory play activities for you to get involved in! With crafts and keepsakes to take home, the perfect gift for mum!
We will be joined by A.W.S Photography on this special Mother’s Day Event! Visit Amy in her studio, where she can capture those precious moments between you and your little one.

Baby Christmas Party
Last year we hosted our first Baby Christmas parties at Tiny Town. We had so much festive fun, celebrating with you and your little ones!
Baby Halloween Party
Our Baby Halloween Party was the first baby only event we’ve ever hosted – and it was so much fun! We experimented with jelly messy play, pumpkin seeds and paint stamping. The little ones especially loved our sensory room!
The benefits of Baby Events at Tiny Town!
Messy Play
Messy play lets your baby explore lots of different materials, textures and objects. It can help with development in many different ways! Children can feel, hold and mold objects and materials – reinforcing ther physical development. Building coordination and hand skills, known as fine motor skills.
A little ones senses can be explored during messy play. Touch and feel senses can be stimulated through new textures and sensory experiences. Messy play can create opportunities to try new things and experiment in a safe environment!
Sensory Play
During our Baby Events at our play centre in Chesterfield, you & your little ones will have access to our new Sensory Room! Sensory play is a crucial part of a childs development as it enhances their sesnses, encourages problem-solving and can build nerve connections in the brain.
Sensory rooms are a great way to relieve stress. Diverting focus away from anxieties towards soothing lights, sounds and colours. Soft sensory stimulation helps chuldren focus on what’s happening in front of them. Spending time in a controlled, relaxed environment also gives people the space to decompress, promoting wellbeing.

Explore our baby areas throughout our play centre! A safe and welcoming environment for babies and non-walkers to develop in their Early Years. We have lots of resources for sensory baby play and tummy time!
Explore our treasure baskets and filled with bright and colourful sensory toys, that enhance your baby’s physical, cognitive and social development. Sensory toys of different shapes and materials for babies to explore, stimulating touch and all the senses.
Meet new people
Our baby events provide the opportunity to connect with other parents & babies. Meet up as a group and bring your friends along! Tiny Town is the perfect space for little ones (and grown ups!) to meet and get togther & enjoy our events for babies!
