Welcome Back!
We are so excited to reopen our doors on Monday 17th of May and can’t wait to welcome you and your little people back at Tiny Town. There will be lots of fresh cakes and coffee waiting for all our lovely visitors. We will be following the government guidelines on Covid-19 to ensure everybody has a safe yet fun time here at Tiny Town.
Covid Guidelines
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have put safety measures in place to protect families when they come to visit us. We want you to feel confident and safe when at Tiny Town so here is what we are doing to keep you and your family safe.
Extra Cleaning and Sanitisation
We want to create a clean and inviting environment for you and your children to enjoy throughout your session. To do this we have put a strict cleaning regime in place. Frequently touched areas and surfaces, such as door handles and tables, will be sanitised between each play session throughout the day. We have dedicated 3 days a week where we will take a session out to complete a deep clean. This is when all toys and play areas will be sanitised, making sure they are safe and ready for the children to play with. Areas such as floors, doors and windows will also be cleaned during our ‘deep clean’ days
Visitor numbers reduced for each session
To improve social distancing, we have significantly reduced the number of people visiting Tiny Town per session. This helps create a more spacious and comfortable environment and even more room to play! We aim to make sure everyone that visits us can enjoy a relaxed and pleasant play session. Reducing our numbers helps achieve this.
We kindly ask that you follow these guidelines to prevent the spread of infection here at Tiny Town:
- On arrival, please queue outside at a safe distance.
- Face coverings are required when you are walking around but not when you are seated at your table. Staff will also be wearing face masks.
- When inside please social distance as much as possible.
- A maximum of 6 guests or 2 households to a table (this includes adults and children).
- Please use hand sanitisers that are provided and wash hands when possible.
- Pre-book your session online, your booking details may be used to ‘track and trace’ if necessary.
Despite the ongoing issues, we plan to make sure your visits are still special and enjoyable for you and your family. We are delighted to be finally opening our doors to you on the 17th of May and hope to see you all very soon.
